Who can be a coach?

Financial coaches are volunteers who provide group financial coaching at Pathfinders, Community Center or Partner Location. Financial Coaching topics include:

Budgeting
Banking
Borrowing
Credit
Asset Building

As a financial coach, you are helping families take control of their finances and build a stronger financial future.

Pathfinders is a second chance employer and reentry service provider. Overcoming a criminal background could be a valuable asset in mentoring persons in reentry programming. Having a criminal history does not necessarily preclude you from volunteering with Pathfinders.
Pathfinders requires all previous offenses you have been charged and/or convicted of, pled guilty to, received deferred adjudication for, pleaded no contest to, charges that have been dropped or dismissed, and/or received a No Bill judgment to be self-disclosed on the application prior to Pathfinders background check being processed.
