Sharing the Journey 2020

The luncheon will be held on Wednesday, April 8th at 12:00 p.m. at River Crest Country Club. Your endorsement of Sharing the Journey would be a powerful confirmation of our mission in the community.

Pathfinders 2020 Sharing the Journey luncheon will feature author, speaker, and Marine, Michael Jernigan. Michael Jernigan is a Marine who proudly served our country. On August 22, 2004, while on deployment in Iraq, Michael suffered devastating injuries to his head, hand, and knee from an improvised explosive device. Since the attack, Michael has taken his second chance at life and turned it into something that is never taken for granted. Michael has since graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Florida, was featured in the HBO documentary Alive Day, has been a contributing writer with the New York Times and was awarded the Ross Perot Patriot Award in 2017. We are honored to share Michael’s inspirational message of resiliency and determination as it aligns with the expansion of our veterans' services and our continued commitment to our neighbors in need.  To place your sponsorship or purchase tickets, click here.
